I absolutely love it here! I rarely need help from the various staff members but when I do it is always a pleasant experience. I’d also highlight that the maintenance crew is awesome here which is so different from other apartments I’ve been in. They work very fast and always do it right the first time around instead of just giving you bandaid fixes. Teddy is especially awesome! He is not only clearly knowledgeable in the work he does but he is also very respectful and personable which always makes his maintenance visits an enjoyable experience. It is such a joy to live somewhere where the staff always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. I’d highly recommend The Legends at Lake Murray for anyone who is looking for a new place to call home!

Kaylan and Jazz made my transfer super smooth and they are super nice and always helpful and professional! They go above and beyond what they need to and ensure that me and my family have everything good to go for our new townhouse. Teddy also is amazing at his job and is super professional and cleans up after himself and makes it look like he wasn't even there for instance when our dryer was having issues and there was lint everywhere but was completely cleaned. He is also very efficient and hardworking to ensure that everything is working efficiently and will not have future issues.

Teddy and Bruce in the maintenance team are worth their weight in gold. If there are any issues that arise they're handled quickly and also with an explanation about why something might have happened and ways to prevent it happening again, unlike other places we've lived and it's almost an inconvenience to have maintenance come to your house. I always feel like I've learnt something new when I speak to Teddy or Bruce. Teddy even helped the kids playing outside get a Frisbee down during the summer. Small things have big impacts. Jasmine and Kaylan in the office are also incredibly helpful, no question is too big or small. They know us by name including our dog. Whenever we see someone on the golf cart it's always a smile, a wave and a conversation. I know we won't live here forever but it's the little things in this community by the team here that really make the difference

As a single dad this is the best place to be. Bruce and Teddy are so friendly and generally make you feel safe especially with my kid. All the kids in the neighborhood can't wait for Teddy to pass on his golf cart. He always finds the time to stop and make them laugh.

The legends at lake murry were AMAZING! Jasmine helped us with the process of getting our apartment and she was absolutely awesome! I would recommend this place for people getting their first apartment as the apartment isn’t too big or too small! Maintenance is super sweet and gets the job done really quick and professionally, pest control is amazing!
