Mallory Warner and The Lafayette Team provided exceptional service as we bought and sold homes, frequently going above and beyond the call of duty. Mallory's guidance in preparing our home for sale was spot on. We got a great offer the first day our house was on the market. We purchased a house on an "as is" basis. If it were possible to provide 6 or more stars I would! Debi and her team were absolutely amazing and handled everything from coordinating contractors to prep the property for sale to staging it to look amazing. I would highly recommend Debi and her team! We moved to Lexington, SC from York, PA a little over a month ago, and we honestly could not have done it without Debi and Lyn (Debi's assistant). We moved down here sight unseen, but with Debi going to EVERY property that we asked her to, PLUS many that she wanted us to see, we had an experience just like we were there in person. The personal service that was given to us, was beyond exceptional and not what we honestly expected! To say they both went above and beyond, is not even giving it justice!
