We sat down to discuss all the options, and let me tell you—they have it all! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the elegance of this property. The gym has everything you could need to stay fit! The outdoor common space is so unique, it feels like something from the great Gatsby….very New York style!! AND I have to add that Jade’s top-notch customer service truly set the tone for an amazing experience. If you're looking for a place in Kennesaw, you will absolutely fall in love with The Lacy!

She definitely helped me on a unit I did not put any thought to. With her simple listening skills she got me an apartment that matched my needs to a T. I had an excellent experience touring The Lacy! Abby was absolutely fantastic. She provided such a thorough and detailed tour, highlighting all the amazing features of the property. She was friendly, professional, and really took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel valued and welcomed.

I’ve been here for about a month and all of the staff that I’ve met are kind and super helpful. The buildings are beautiful and well maintained. The area is convenient and close to everything, but I do have two concerns:

1. Mail Issues: The Mailboxes don’t have locks, and there’s no timeline for updates. My mail isn’t forwarding properly and my address is still not being recognized through the US Postal Service even after visiting the post office to resolve twice. It is inconvenient.

2. Thin Walls: The walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbor snoring every night, even over a white noise app. This makes sleeping extremely difficult and seems like a possible construction issue.

Overall, so far, it’s a nice safe place to live, the buildings are gorgeous, and my neighbors are nice.

Moreover, the smart doorway entries add a modern touch, while the generous space and abundant natural light create an inviting environment. The state-of-the-art Samsung digital appliances make daily living a breeze, and I can already envision countless wonderful memories being made here.

I must also take a moment to praise the incredible staff members—Alexus Cisco, Abby Gresham, and Caroline Holladay. Since I contacted them to inquire about availability, they have been a beacon of friendliness, professionalism, and unwavering support. Their commitment to ensuring that residents feel valued and satisfied has made my transition seamless and genuinely enjoyable.

I'm eagerly looking forward to becoming an integral part of this dynamic community and can hardly wait to embark on the adventures that lie ahead. Heartfelt thanks to everyone involved for the dedication and effort poured into making The Lacy in Kennesaw such a fantastic place to call home!

If I had to describe this property in one word I would say "idyllic". This is the most beautiful property I've ever seen, inside and out. The details in the design of the common areas are unique and stunning, you feel like you're in a boutique hotel. The apartments are so nice- beautiful floors, quality appliances, and lots of closet space! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and will make you feel at home. Highly recommend The Lacy to anyone looking for a new home!
