It was an interesting experience going this way since according to three different categories, the qualifications varied . This made it doable for us and Nick Kristoff lead the way to obtain a loan and within a month we were sitting down at our closing.

As tedious as this can be for all involved I would have to say, looking back, that it could not have gone any better than it did.

Excellence from start to finish! We purchased a home in April of 2018 and The Kristoff Team was brilliant. I have several business so my tax returns are not the easiest, but Nick and Mike handled them like champs…they even found an error in one of my documents and were helpful in getting everything corrected. We discussed several loan programs and reviewed the benefits of each. I was able to pick a program that let me do some minor renovation work on the home. They also sent me emails along with way with video and status updates. The program and rate are great and my wife and I are so thrilled to be the owners of our new home! Would definitely recommend The Kristoff Team to anyone looking for a mortgage.

We recently worked with Mike and Nick Kristoff on a construction loan for our home in Hilton Head Island. The Kristoff team was a recommendation from our bulder H2. Obtaining a construction loan was a new process for us. Mike and Nick was extremely responsive (worth repeating), extremely responsive to questions and providing guidance on the paperwork needed to approve our loan. I had to call Mike a couple of times during the process and he always got back to me quickly, even after 5:00pm. Our experience with the Kristoff team was very professional and helpful to successfully complete our construction loan. I would recommend using the Kristoff Team to help you with your loan needs.
