I don't know where to start here. This was our first home buying experience ever. We worked mostly with Teresa Bransfield with the purchase of our home. From start to finish Teresa was there for every single step. Day or night, weekday or weekend Teresa answered all of our questions. She wasn't just our real estate broker but a very needed friend. We moved here from California and were so lost. She showed us many different homes until we found just the right one for our family and our future. She went well above and beyond what we could have ever expected. She is so incredibly knowledgeable not just with the selling part but with codes, laws, and she even played a tremendous role with directing us towards insurance, surveyors, utility companies, and many other avenues. Teresa in my opinion is an angel sent from above to help in every single aspect when it comes to buying a home.
