I can't say enough about how amazing Katie and her team is! Twelve weeks ago I didn't even know I'd be living in Michigan and here I am now sitting in my closed on beautiful home! Katie lifted SO MUCH stress off my shoulders these past eight weeks. With her and her recommendations finding a home was the least of my worries. We just closed on our new property and want to thank the friendly and highly-efficient staff at Union Home Mortgage, formerly Amerifirst Mortgage. Our closing took 23 days. from start to finish. Katie Lawrence, our mortgage officer, and her assistant, Kelly Bomarito, made this process seamless as they followed up on each and every detail of our loan and utilized their knowledge and experience to provide us with excellent service. We were discouraged with past experiences with other lenders that expected clients to handle their paperwork online and did not stay in close contact. Katie managed our mortgage the old-fashioned way, she worked for us and made ibtaining a mortgage a pleasant and satisfying endeavor.
