Jason and Claire were absolutely fantastic. They understood my situation which was complicated due to divorce. They were informative and quick to communicate. So grateful for First Bank! Justin Lyles and Crystal Bunn are an amazing team! Justing really helped my husband and I understand the loan the process, what to expect during the process. He answered all of our many questions and broke it down to where we could understand it! He didn’t just give us information for the moment but that we can carry with us forever! Once it went to the underwriter, Crystal kept us in the loop with everything that was going on. We had a little issue with my employment verification but she worked extremely hard to get it fixed!
