I can't say enough about property Management company, The Island Company, and our direct property manager Joe. Joe is smart and intuitive. If we ask him about something he doesn't know he will thoroughly research the subject and come back to us with several alternatives. He takes great pride in taking care of our home and making sure we have everything we need. He is detailed in his weekly reporting and scheduling all of the routine maintenance that is needed at our home. It is such a comfort knowing when we show up at our Kiawah home everything will be fully stocked and in great order. I have recommended The Island Company already and will continue to do so.

Not being a full-time resident knowing The Island Company is there as my eyes on my property is extremely comforting. Any request large or small is able to be completed, figured out or delegated. Super responsive, communicative and friendly are the best descriptors. I can't imagine owning property without The Island Company as part of the team!
