Brandon is a HUGE disservice to both sellers and buyers alike. He refuses to honor Time is of the Essence clauses in contracts, dragging along contracts long after they should be executed. I would never recommend him in any real estate transaction. If you try and call him to speak to him he will hang up on you. Very arrogant and a lousy "Realtor". I have reported him to the Realtors association. Maybe next time he will take these contracts more seriously.
