I’ve moved out 3 years ago. Everything went great, but moving out was horrible. They’re trying to bill me for things that didn’t happen and when I called to get verification the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I left the home looking move in ready. They’re still trying to milk me for money. Couldn’t dispute anything because they wasn’t answering their phones. I also moved 4 hours away so I could not just come to their office. These people are disgusting. This property management I would not recommend. I have never dealt with this type of money hungry property management before, and I have rented before that. When I rented before Herndon, it went so well and great. No one should rent with them. No one should even call because they don’t care. Like the lady told me on the phone. Just pay the money and hung up in my face.
