Past experiences with a crooked management company left me doubting that we’d ever be able to find an honest management company that would support our 10-unit condominium association. Amelie and her team at the Hennessy Group did a great job managing the 3-family property I owned in Providence. They earned lease renewals from the tenants, which is the best vote of confidence in their management. The property was maintained very well throughout their management. And between the rent they earned for me and the sale price of the property, the Hennessy Group turned our investment property into a lifechanging amount of money for our family.

I had a few issues with my apartment, including a thermostat that wouldn’t adjust properly, sink drains that weren’t working, and a broken fridge light.

However, the director himself reached out to me to ensure the team handled everything with urgency. It was awesome to see such prompt attention, and I really appreciated how quickly the issues were resolved.

Olivia is rude and condescending. We have had issues with trash, landscaping, gutters, pests, and so many other things. Getting this company to call you back or lift a finger is like pulling teeth. They spend twice as much time finding a way to drag their feet instead of actually working with you to resolve the issue. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They patronize their customers and have zero accountability for their frequent shortcomings.
