The Groves apartments is very esquite & fashionable to live in. I love the outside & the inside of the property. The staff is very pleasant & well mannered. The representative I spoke with & gave me a tower is Ms.Tia. She told me what I needed to hear & she showed me the floor plans, & give me & idea what I should be looking forward to if I do live in the property. She didn’t hold no punches & she was very reasonable to talk to. She showed me the gym & the pool. I didn't have no problem or complaints while she was explaining & giving me a tour of the property.

I toured these apartments today and Tia was so kind and professional! She answered all my questions and showed me a great unit. I also loved how clean the lawn was and how well kept it is. Apartments did not look run down at all. I can tell Tia really cares for the property!

Actually, I had a great time here. I wish I could have stayed. I was very confortable. I was use to my surroundings. I liked having a small neighborhood. The downside was community fees were so high. I was paying $400 plus base rent. That is way too high. I couldn't save anyting. Maintenance did a great job with responding. I stayed here about 2 years. I can say my only issue was on the move out which I am still trying to resolve right now. I have yet to get someone to speak to me on these move out fees. I hope someone with call me immediately on this as I take care of my obligations.

I applied with a copy of my social security card, asked the manager If I could provide proof that I had an appointment with the social security office & was awaiting for my original to arrive within 14 to 30 days. They instead kept my entire administrative fee. I honestly can't afford this & am now aware to not take verbal agreements & make sure everything discussed is in writing.

ELEXUS Has great customer service, I like my place. The community is peaceful for my first night stay. Only issue I had is the apartment should be renovated totally with no issues before move in date, but other than that the maintenance crew handled my issues quickly and did a great job. The response to my issue were handle fast and with great attention to resolve the issue at hand. I feel I made a great decision with choosing a place to call home.

Elexus was great! She was very sweet and helpful. If I need something done, she make sure its done right away. The maintenance has been very good so far. When I need something fix, they don't waste any time to fix it.

It was truly truly a great experience I really like him the place I really would love to move in I'm still waiting to hear you on decision I think it would be an ideal situation for everybody especially with some of the things that I like doing with the kids man bring some other professional athletes I'm doing some things so let me know what's going on as soon as possible thank you

Tia was amazing! Her patience, she was on point with the updates I didn’t have to keep calling!! It made everything so much easier!! She’s so helpful and kind! If you’re looking for a unit ask for Tia you won’t regret it!!
