He takes pains to ensure that you are prepared and ready to move forward on a sale, and he truly enjoys the process of negotiating and finalizing a deal! David’s strengths saved us money and time. He is indeed a top professional at this craft and we really appreciated it. He encouraged and educated us while staying engaged with the buyer’s agent. I am not into real estate. I don't watch house flipping shows. To me you own one house and live in it. It's just not my main interest in life. Therefore I knew about zero when evaluating houses to buy.

David is a Davis expert, knowing every neighborhood, and seemingly every _house_ in this town. He's very honest about his opinions on each house, and you never feel any pressure to make a move on a house that is not right for you. He takes the time to learn what you like, and will show you a variety of houses, including ones that might not make sense, just so he can learn you tastes.

When I found the house I wanted, he helped me put together a very strong offer and I purchased the house. His service continues past the sale, and he has taken significant time to answer questions/concerns about selling my old house which is not in this area.

I will use David again when it's time to move, but knowing me, that might be a long while.
