Allison the property manager Seems kinda rude saying I owe 20 dollars, Which I don’t and is forcing me to pay after making us drive all the way to chattanooga to deliver a check because there online payment wasn’t up. Which is there fault. It don’t matter if you switch property managers. Although Brittany the old property manager would’ve went out of her way to make things right. This time it didn’t happen under management. I would not recommend this place as they add major price increases for no off reason after signing lease. They also Never answer the phone ever. We sat out there leasing office which is right beside a Restaurant every address takes you to the restaurant not down the street where it’s actually at. We tried to call 23 times that day and not one answer. I’ve actually been answered once in my whole time living here and that was by the old property manager. Please read reviews before living here this place has been through 3 property managers in the past 5 months. Obviously not a place you want to be changing how you have to pay every single month. Let’s not forget about no sleep in this place neither. The only good review is a woman going around 5 starting all her properties that she owns

1/10 do not recommend. I have been trying to get in contact with management for over a month or two about my lease agreement especially here the past few weeks. I have heard nothing. I have left several voicemails to get no call back. I have emailed them with the email they provided us to receive back that it’s not a real email. My lease agreement is supposed to end in 2 weeks and my rent suddenly increases over $100 with no reason as to why. My apartment has very old appliances and doors that are not even on the hinges correctly. I am very disappointed with this overall experience living here seeing as multiple people have taken over the property in a year and I can’t get in contact with a single person to have a conversation with me about my place of residence. I have paid on time every month and to see that my rent suddenly increases over $100 2 weeks before I move out is absolutely ridiculous and insane especially when you can’t even get on the phone with anyone and NOTHING has been upgraded in my apartment. Do not waste your time coming here.

I love my apartment; it is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. We have had a few property managers over the years, but so far, the new company's Volunteer Properties maintenance staff has been fast and very helpful.

They are liars. They put down the listings of these apartments to a low amount, but then charge it for a high amount. Greedy landlords that don’t know anything about the apartments that they are renting you can tell from the reviews that they don’t care. The only reason why they are denying so many peoples because there’s a gated community across from these. Greed. Deny defend and dispose of greedy landlords.

DO NOT live here! when me and my partner first moved in we mentioned the fact like there was something wrong with our faucet in the shower and leaking under the sink and they said they’d order parts. we have been here for 9 or 10 months and have yet to have it fixed. a month ago we got an email from their do not reply email stating we owe $11 and i tried to call 5 times to see what it’s for but i never got a response back. oh and we get a letter on our door stating we never paid rent ( we did and i have proof ) and now owe $1,027.50. tried calling 10 times and got no response. we left a voicemail hoping they’d call back but everytime we’ve left a voicemail before we never gotten a response.

If I could give it no stars I would. Got woken up this morning at 8 am by the "maintenance people" outside the bedroom window with a chain saw hacking away at some bushes, which I found extremely rude. So if you work a 3rd shift job, forget about getting much sleep here. They are raising the rent here by the end of the month to $900, as well. Nine hundred bucks for living in a 40 yr old broom closet they never paint or update or improve upon. The only reason we took it last summer was because they allow pets. Happy to say our lease is ending and we're moving on to another state to start over!

I lived there from 2014 - 2017. Dated apartments. Things were good under the old management. New management ruined it. They came and in raised rent, saying that all units were going to get an updated kitchen and fixtures, but that never happened. They kept my deposit that I paid when I moved in plus billed me for a new stove, when they previously said all units were getting new kitchen fixtures regardless. I don't recommend renting from them.

I have been asking since August 2020 to have my HVAC fixed bc it was full of black mold! I had to clean as much of it out I could myself bc they came out and open the vent air comes out and only “cleaned” that section. I have asked for doors, light, stove top and hot water heater to be fixed and Laura always says some one will come fix it. Never happens, for a 1 bedroom that I pay $785 a month, stuff should be getting fixed! I have never in my life been in such a run down place to have to call and complain every other day and nothing gets done!! I do not recommend living here at all.
