I have had ongoing support from the leasing team from day one. I love my apartment as well as the community. It is pretty quiet and I haven’t had any major maintenance issues. I also appreciate the staff emailing me when any plumbing or work is scheduled and or is being done on the property.

My heat been out for two weeks so far. Just not happy waking up and my apartment is at 55 degrees when I pay my rent on time. And then to top it off u have to pray the water be hot. if not cold house with a cold shower equal sick . It really sucks.

I've been living here 90 days the apartment leaks in to areas the hallway an the kitchen the first time it rained not a good place to move and I've been put a work order in after it happened still haven't fix the leaks.

I am an amputee and they have been so good and accommodating to me. I am new to ga. And MS. Scoro has been wonderful to meet my needs with an out of state move in.. They are the best. The whole staff including the grounds and maintenance dept...5 stars

Not going to lie I love the apartments itself my leasing agent Talya is great. But what I don’t like is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that’s going on in somebody else home. I have a neighbor who plays her music so loud different times of the night wee hours in the morning like literally music so loud you hear it like it’s coming from my apartment I cannot deal with this. Makes me wanna just break my whole least and say bump these apartments I complain and complain til I’m blue in the face when are yall going to do something about this problem because I can’t get no rest from the music ruckus every other day or so SMFH!!!!!
