I have been living in this complex for over 4 months, and honestly, from day one, the neighbors, the management staff, and especially Deisy have made sure to give me the best attention according to my needs. From the application process to my daily questions, it’s incredible how well she does her job and how attentive she is to me. JUST happily RENEWED MY LEASE today. My son and I love living here. My neighbors are wonderful and we have a good since of community. ANYTHING we have asked for has been taken care of right away. One of the best things is feeling like the staff care about us like family and are willing to lend a hand every time we have needed anything from the door being unlocked, help with office things, fun activities, and even help with my car when I needed it. BRANDON CALDWELL is AMAZING! He will literally come to my rescue over any and everything. The Exchange @ 1105 has been the perfect place for us so we are staying!

I’ve have lived at The Exchange at 1105 for almost a year now and the staff have always been great and more than willing to help out! Specifically Brandon and Morgan. The maintenance crew is lovely too and always has a smile on their face when I see them. If you are looking for a nice and safe apartment to live in near the LaGrange area - this is definitely the place to be!!

One day, the maintenance staff entered my apartment without permission while my family was there. The people managing this unit are useless. For three months, they didn’t pick up my trash but kept charging me for the service. They never answer the phone. If you have the option to use another place, do it. I can’t give negative 5 stars but is pretty much it.

Wow! What a great place to live! Our move into the apartment was the easiest move I've ever been a part of. Morgan and Deisy were some of the most well mannered and professional women I've ever had the pleasure of working with. If I could move in again, I would!
