My family applied for a rental. I cakes to check and she said we would get a letter in the mail. I asked if that meant we were denied and she said yes. I called back asking if that meant we were denied for all the properties they had.... she giggled and said you will know once you get the letter. She actually giggled at me. We are just trying to do better for it family. Will never recommend.

Mr.Murray was absolutely great to work. From the time i put in the application it only took a couple of days for him to reach out to tell me i was approved, four days after that i was signing the lease to my new house. Highly recommend R.A.E.R

Absolutely do not recommend. I moved in on July 15 2022 to a house that was not cleaned and still had old tenets belongings in there. All the walls had spackle on them like they were going to repaint, however, no one even came to repaint in the 12 months I lived there. To add onto that, it took 35 days to receive my deposit back. It took me calling multiple times a week and showing up to the office 4 times to finally get my deposit back.

We absolutely loved working with Miss Tina Stewart on our first home purchase! She was incredibly patient with us and helped us understand the true ins and outs of the whole home buying process.

Both my husband and I really appreciated that she was so knowledgeable on the truly important things to consider when buying a home. She definitely encouraged us to look past the listing pictures and price and look into the true condition and other important factors of the home when making an offer.

On top of her technical knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate, we really appreciated Tina’s down to earth nature and how fun she was able to make the home buying process. Tina made sure that we felt like true partners in the home buying process & made sure to protect us from irrational expectations from our seller (what kind of seller refuses to leave their refrigerator).

Rose Anne Erickson Realty has managed my son’s home since he moved from Columbus in September 2015. Since he is no longer in the state, I help by being the contact person for his home. I wanted to pass along to you how satisfied I am with the thoroughness and professionalism of your team over the past 5 years. Over the years I have had a number of issues of various types and each time your team has handled them in a responsive and efficient manner. Many fine people have played a role in all of this, but for the last few months I have worked with Cynthia. Cynthia is a real pro and a stellar representation of Rose Anne Erickson Realty. I feel well served and that the property is in good hands.

When the tenants moved out in September 2020, they left the home in shambles!!! Cynthia did not hesitate to call and inform me of the destruction to the property. Cynthia is phenomenal at her job!! She approached me with this issue and already had a plan to restore the home back to standard. After talking with her, I realized that all of my concerns were met with straightforward, flawless answers. Cynthia really made the entire process pain free and she was very reassuring. During the restoration process Cynthia was always “by my side.” She was always available, responsive, professional, and friendly. As soon as the home was restored, Cynthia was able to have new tenants move in.

I am glad Cynthia is our property manager. We wanted you and your team to know what a great job she did giving us bad news and getting the problem taken care of quickly while always looking forward to new tenants appreciating this home.

We rented there for 2 years and I thought things were rocky at first with the property manager that we signed the lease with. A few things that were promised to be fixed were not fixed. The new manager Kelly is good and I believe she gave us a fair move out inspection. We had very little interaction with them and basically paid our rent for two years and left. We were refunded our deposit promptly after move out. My air conditioner quit working one time and they fixed it on the same day I made the request. Overall, a good experience. We loved and miss our home we rented from them. Read your lease and make sure you understand the early termination clause. They will stick to their contracts.

Christina Durden-Wright made our first time home buying experience a smooth transfer. She stayed on top of new listings while sending us homes that fit to our family’s needs. This process was easy and enjoyable and we were able to close on our first home just 5 weeks later. My boyfriend and I couldn’t thank her enough for everything she has done for us especially speeding up the process because we had a deadline. We threw curve balls at her and she handled all of it very well and with a smile. We are so thankful we chose her to share this experience with us. Strongly recommend!

I reached a character limit last time so I will state this do not let them be your property management company for any reason.
They somehow allowed drug dealers to get into our rental a guy who is a major felon etc with no explanation as to how it happend. They still owe us money for the property even though they swear they have given us all our money back which I have proof that they haven’t. They are very rude and unprofessional Claire is extremely rude and could care less to be bothered by your property.
They have a monopoly in this town with the owners husband being the builder of gray hawk homes and her being the realtor who sells them. It has been an all out mess. I just had parole officers come to my house tonight because the guy they are looking for had his last address as here and he skipped checking in and the parole officer told me he’s a dangerous felon watch out yeah it’s me and my young son how lovely is that?
My husband is a veteran who thought he could trust them after purchasing his two homes from them but it has been nothing but complete nightmares and horrible experiences. Whatever you do steer clear of these people. We still don’t know if we will get our money back every time we ask we are given the run around so I did report them I mean to be a horrible mismanaged company is one thing but to take advantage of a veteran in a complete military town is low and completely uncalled for. Men and women while stationed here watch doing any business with them. If anyone needs proof of these claims message me I have everything to back it up
