I love it here. The girls in the front office Eleni, Reese and Hannah are all really GREAT. They are very attentive, kind and always available to whatever you needs may be. The grounds are very clean and quiet. My favorites are the package room where my packages are safely kept and monitored, - also really enjoy having FULLY equipped gym. 10/10 recommend.

I am really so excited to have my kids live at the Delaney for their final university year.

With the great help of Hanna, Reese, and wonderful management of Eleni, we managed to get all our questions answered and application complete within 1 week.
Amazing Hanna never gave up on helping and supporting and being flexible with appointments and determining the best apartment for us.
Ladies, you are all amazing. Thank you for the help so far. Looking forward to my kids moving in on Wednesday!

I recommend this place to all existing and new KSU students. A peace of mind for the parents.

Helped my son move from Florida last week. Mainly dealt with Reese & Hanna who were absolutely fantastic. They truly made you feel welcome and easily answered all questions that came up.
As to The Delaney at East Park itself---it's brand spanking new!!! What more can you ask for. Great stylish apartments, elevators, & modern community amenities, (check the web site or better yet do an in person tour), you will be impressed. Even has a rooftop SkyLounge... Conveniently located a very short distance to I-75, and surrounding it are all the grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc etc they you'll ever need. Thank you again Reese & Hanna for doing a great job (it clearly showed).
