My experience at The Cottages has been GREAT. Of the many great things they offer, is the AWESOME MAINTENANCE TEAM. They respond immediately to request. Not only that, they will check later to make sure you no longer are experiencing that same issue. They are very so PERSONABLE. They treat you as more that than just a resident, but like a friend. This is my second year living at The Cottages. One of my main reasons for staying is the EXCEPTIONAL service of the maintenance team. Many thanks to them!!!

The office staff is EXTREMELY rude. Especially the new man in the corner office, older, bald and has glasses I believe. He is incredibly rude, and acts like he is better than no one else. I tried to ask a question and once again (he’s done this two or 3 times) he blows me off, walks off, and I told him this time I’d write a review and he laughed and said okay. Really? This is who you employee? 2 other neighbors said he is the same way to them and so rude and unprofessional. He is so RUDE. No one goes above and beyond here, and they are so rude and unprofessional. Many are struggling without jobs, so perhaps hire those who actually care and want to help people and actually do their jobs well. Honestly, of all the places I’ve lived, this is the least welcoming staff I’ve encountered. I’ve encountered a number of problems since I’ve been here. Likely will not renew. The highlight is the maintenance team and the woman manager. Those are the kindest and hardest working people that truly care.

For months I had been researching places to live that were affordable and where I would feel safe. As soon as I saw the cottages I felt at home. I felt even more at home when Vel gave me a tour. He was very friendly, professional, and answered every question I had on my list. With his assistance I was able to find the perfect cottage for me and my four legged child. I love that the Cottages at Loganville is a pet friendly community that is clean, and the dog park is awesome. I would highly recommend them.

My experience at The Cottages has been with ups and downs. Now, the Maintenance response deserves ten STARS ✨ Nedim is always in a great mood; he always has a smile and is kind to my puppy (who, by the way, Loves him). Nedim has never said no to anything I have needed help with, and trust me, I have put numerous work orders, such as my smoke alarms needing batteries to oil my garage door and so much more, in between. He is always polite, with a smile on his face, and is in a great mood. It doesn't matter how busy he is; he is always busy. He will never give you the impression that he is bothered by you needing assistance. He knows everything and works so clean you don't even know he was in your house. Nedim, thank you for your excellent service and fantastic personality. God Bless you and your family always and forever.
