My husband and I spent well over the past year preparing for and building a house. We were moving from New Mexico and had a lender there we had used before… we put our trust in this lender and we thought we were doing the right thing by involving him throughout our new build process. When our builder gave us our closing date, with plenty of time to prepare, we readily updated this lender and, again, trusted him to get us to the finish line… boy, were we wrong. Not only was this team amazing from a communication and knowledgeable aspect, but they also found us the most competitive pricing on our loan. We compared closing costs, buy down rates, etc from three different lenders and The Colorado Mortgage Team, hands down, had the best pricing by a long shot and they did it under the gun from a timing perspective.

We always felt like anyone we spoke to was well informed as to our situation and status of our loan throughout the process. And when we had questions, everyone was patient and knowledgeable on the answers. They even responded in the evenings and over weekends, which we were so thankful for the dedication in such a highly stressful situation.

I am forever grateful to this team for bailing us out of what could have been an absolutely devastating situation with our dream home. It was truly a team effort. And they topped it off by generously getting us closing gifts and offering support for tracking future re-financing when it makes sense for our situation.

I highly recommend working with these amazing professionals. We know that we can trust these guys for all our future financing needs. 20 out of 10, absolutely recommend! If I could give them 50 stars, I would!!

The Colorado Mortgage Team helped me with my first home purchase. I started the process knowing virtually nothing about mortgages or the housing market, but they did a great job of sharing their knowledge and within a week or two, I felt fully confident that I had the information I needed to make a decision about buying a home.
