Just got here but for the most part exactly what I saw and they said in the end. 👏💜

Not sure about maintenance timing yet, our list was submitted so we’ll see🤗

The speed bumps are plentiful and every where, careful out there, families live here.

Office staff has help us get things resolved and we appreciate and all the staff we’ve met so far, they’re lovely. ☺️

As I sit writing this on my sofa while looking around at my boxes all packed and ready to move in tomorrow, I said let me take the time out to do a well deserved review. Ms. Tiffany and Ms Savoya has been WONDERFUL throughout my entire process! Assisting me from the tour, applications/fees to securing my unit. I prayed for a smooth transition and received just that. They both are very responsive whether it’s via phone or email. I am thrilled on being a new resident at Cobb apartment townhomes! My review is honest and in no way shape or form bias. They were AWESOME!!!! 👏🏽 💯

We just applied and called and the receptionist was rude with any questions we would ask. She would speak over us and would not even let me finish my sentence and when we told her she was being rude and not speak over us and she would just continue to speak over us. We asked for her name and she just kept saying to not yell at her. She never gave us her name and we just wanted a respond to our question. We already applied there but that specific lady is no help at all. The call is recorded I want to know who I can speak to because she also said she was the manager.

I've been here for about 8 months and I can definitely see the improvements recently and I love it. The only concern I had was people not picking up after there pets but they now have doggy stations so hopefully my neighbors Clean UP after their pets. Maintenance is good and they ladies in the office are super helpful.

I have been here 6 years and have seen many management companies come and go...the current one is by far the best. Maintenance comes out within the same day of the request most times, i dont have rodents or bugs, the aesthetic of the property is clean and pleasant and they connect with the tenants. Gotta give credit where its due. Great job. 🙌🏾

Beautiful ladues both ms.sovaya and ms. Silvia i just love them both so much and they are very respectible and always have the best manners and the community is very much improving so much new things new patios clean up trash and lots of care. Thankyou ladies for all you do for our community.

I have been living in this complex for a few years. I have seen the ups and downs from the varies owners and management companies. As of 2023, I am pleased with the management/leasing agents. Leslie in particular have been a true advocate and advisor for the residents. I rarely have to report any issue since the new owners/managers have taken over. Leslie have truly helped me and pushed for amenities. Soon as I come in the office I am greeted properly. I look forward to seeing the new advancements.
