What a wonderful place to live in . Alyssa is awesome always on point . Place is always nice and clean as you can see in the pictures . I have nothing but nice things to say about management and this place . I could only speak for myself but some people in this building creating fake accounts to put bad reviews that are not representing this place . This is awful

I am writing a review thus far on my experience with The Club at Dowling Village. I was met with excellent customer service from the very first phone to this building.
I had been researching “my place” for quite some time, and a place where I was greeted well and had a general pleasant experience was HIGH on my list of where I considered calling home.
Upon speaking with the Property Manager, PJ, she was lovely! She was responsive and ready to show me the property and layouts available within my budget. When I stepped into one of the footprint apartments, I was in love. PJ was patient, answered all of my questions, did not push or rush, and made me feel comfortable with my decision. It gave me comfort to know that there is a Property Manager who is present!
The space I picked is spacious enough for me and I look forward to living here as well as following up on my experience later on. Thank you Dowling Village!

I've lived in a lot of places throughout RI and this is one of the best run apartment complex's I have lived in. There were some issues this past year after Alyssa left, but now that PJ is here things have gotten much better. She took care of a lot of outstanding issues immediately and is extremely responsive and helpful. I just renewed my lease and I'm looking forward to staying for another year.

I’ve been living in the Club at Dowling Village for a few months. The building is always clean and well kept. The entire staff was helpful during the application and move in process. PJ, our property manager, answered all of our questions and has always been responsive. If you are looking for a luxury apartment complex, I highly recommend the Club at Dowling Village.

Love living here! Been here for over 2 years now and just renewed my lease again. It is close to everything and a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Allysa the property manager has an open door policy and is quick to answer and help in way she can with everything. And Suzie in maintenance is the best she literally has a passion for making this place great. The best place we have lived in.

Perfect place to rent if you want heart palpitations and an expensive therapy bill. SERIOUSLY, consider moving into this property before making the choice. Over the 18 months my boyfriend and I lived here we continuously paid money to this complex for reasons that were ridiculous and created simply to scam residents. From renters insurance issues, to pet screening issues, to trash issues, to parking issues, to electric issues, to carpet issues, this place is an absolute nightmare to live in. We had issue after issue after issue. Finally, after a rent payment issue with their payment app, we were denied a transfer to a 2 bedroom unit. We were expecting a baby, and had perfect rent payment for a full year, but we’re denied suddenly from one incident. This place has absolutely no moral, no care in any form for its residents. They are simply money hungry, so so sad. Alyssa who o works in the office, the poor girl is forced to read from a sheet of responses of what she can say to residents. Responses which are cold and harsh. There is no upper management to speak to when there are issues as well. I feel so sorry for anyone moving into this complex. FINALLY, once we finally moved out in Feb 2022, we were sent a bill of 774$ for a bogus carpet replacement fee… this was after the 200$ carpet cleaning fee that everyone pays before moving out. Sadly, we didn’t have any damages to our carpet, and kept our apartment cleaner and in better condition than their hallways and common area. Think HARD before moving here.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!! It has been a complete nightmare!! If you have thousands of dollars to give towards hidden fees, harassment, broken doors which they refused to fix, and then tried to charge for the door in poop fees...by the way they have no cameras proving you left your dog poop they use "DNA" which is funny the poop fees was the same amount for the door then this place is for you. We took them to court and judge ruled in our favor so we are moving out but then wait.. going against the judges order I just got another bill for over $7,000. I'm guessing they think they they are above the law. What a joke!!

I absolutely recommend this apartment community. Six months after moving out the apartment management team went above and beyond in their service commitment. My wife unknowingly had a couple FedEx packages delivered to our old address and they contacted us to have them forwarded to our correct address. Alyssa and Suzy are an invaluable asset to The Club at Dowling Village apartments and AR Building corporation.
