If you are in the market to find your dream home or sell your home….do yourself a favor and contact Wendy Howard, Realtor Extraordinaire. Wendy will actually listen to your “must haves” and search until she finds the perfect home for you.
She found our new home and it was EXACTLY what we told her we wanted! She didn’t just throw a bunch of listings that were not what we were remotely interested in.
She held our hands throughout the entire process. She negotiated a lower price than we even expected.
She referred us to a local inspector for the home inspection, who was thorough and then handled the negotiations of some minor repairs.
Wendy provided us with a list of the Utilities and Internet providers to make that easy as well!
Wendy also recommended a mortgage lender. She and her team were amazing.
The only thing she didn’t do is come and help us unpack….LOL
Bottom line is that if you need a Realtor who will listen to you, be a wealth of information for the area and recommend excellent providers then you MUST call Wendy Howard. I promise you that you will NOT be disappointed.
