My husband and I could not be more happy with our decision to go with Chance for our home sale! From moment one, Chance and his amazing team members Vanessa and Maggie, were responsive, helpful, and ensured everything was done on time. Chance is extremely knowledgeable about the market but was also collaborative and listened to our input - though I recommend listening to his advice and recommendations because he was spot on, especially with regard to pricing. I have never worked with a more competent and hard working real estate professional. He went above and beyond on marketing and had us 7 offers over asking within the first 48 hours on the market. Chance was exceptional from start to finish. From sitting in our dining room with us going over every detail of what to expect from the selling process, to assuring us that our house would be under contract in three days, he priced it just right and had the most amazing professional photographs taken. He even offered to help me stage the house for the photos. Well he didn’t have our house under contract in three days as promised, he had it under contract in 3 HOURS! He was a BLESSING to work with from start to finish! Genuinely a great guy and trustworthy person. We won’t use anyone else if we ever have to move again!
