WOW! Possibly the smoothest mortgage process I have ever experienced while also being the most complex. Arshia was recommended to my husband and I by our CPA after we thought we were not going to be able to purchase a home based on what all other lenders had told us but Arshia got it done! Communication was great, they worked quickly, and we were always very clear on where we stood in the process. We closed on time, and the entire process was honestly pretty seamless. I do not think we would have been able to get a mortgage if it weren't for Arshia and Aryan. They are great at what they do and you can tell they truly care about the process for their clients.
