This place has been pretty decent for the amount of time I’ve lived here. Good area, lots of events nearby, and the apartments are nice. However, one time I walked by the front office, early in the morning before they were open, and I saw Truly cans and beer bottles all over the reception desk. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. This area loses power MULTIPLE times during the summer. TBD throws their hands up and says, “we are not responsible and have no control over this”. While that is true, since it’s a PG&E issue, they don’t help whatsoever. Multiple people have gotten trapped in elevators, locked out of their buildings, and forced to wait hours for power to come back on. Not sure why there isn’t any protocol to check the elevators for any possible residents during a power outage. I’m just over it. I know they don’t own the power, but c’mon, offer more solutions. Our building also has random items placed in the lobby, when people try to get rid of things for free, like a goodwill. At the end of the day it’s just like any other apartment complex, just trying to get their money.

Oh wow! Amazingly delicious mind-blowing croissants. It does advertise desserts, I am someone who loves a good cake or cookie but my God these croissants were to die for. They have a full brunch menu also. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the brunch. It looks like they have a full bar and a full coffee menu. If you're in the area stop by. They have outdoor dining which is where we set but the indoor dining room looks beautiful as well.

Almost impossible to get information from staff on site at the Bridge District. Customer service is contracted out of town and they have no idea about how the properties actually function at the Bridge District. Very unfortunate cost-cutting for a promising multi-family development.
