After losing my home in the recent devastating LA fires, I was overwhelmed and desperate for help to find a new place to live. I contacted The Boutique Real Estate Group, hoping to find an understanding and supportive agent during this incredibly difficult time. Unfortunately, my experience with one of their agents, Raj, was deeply troubling and added to my distress.

During our meeting, I explained my situation, detailing how the fires had left me without a home and the urgent need to find a new residence. Instead of offering assistance or sympathy, Raj laughed openly at my misfortune. His reaction was shockingly inappropriate and cruel, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. When I pressed for help or any available listings that could meet my immediate needs, Raj dismissively told me that there was nothing he could do and suggested I look elsewhere.

His behavior was not only a gross failure of basic human decency but also a vivid reflection on The Boutique Real Estate Group's standards of service. It's hard to express the added pain his reaction caused at a time when I was most vulnerable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise AGAINST Boutique Real Estate Group. RUN AWAY!

This is the worst Real Estate Group that I have had to deal with in my life!!! All thanks to Raj!!! Raj’s professionalism is miniscule at best. He antagonized me over the phone and made me feel less than. If the Boutique Real Estate Group seeks to improve their business, they NEED to remove that agent. If you are seeking to buy property in Orange County then don’t waste your time with the Boutique Real Estate Group! Do yourself a favor and work with better agents.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Boutique Real Estate Group, particularly with one of their agents, Raj. The level of professionalism over the phone was shockingly low, making the whole interaction very frustrating. Raj seemed disinterested and was quite rude during our conversation, which is not what you would expect when dealing with such important matters as real estate. I hope this feedback prompts some necessary training or changes within their team. As of now, I would not recommend their services based on this poor communication and lack of professionalism.
