Avalon sued me for lawn spots caused by rabbits eating the grass. The judge could not distinguish any difference in their property so was dismissed. Constant harassment from Avalon and lack of care towards residents. So glad i sold and got away. Pb

Avalon Management has been very easy to deal with whenever we needed them. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Mercedes assisted me today with creating logins, downloading statements and updating my mailing address for both of our HOAs. She took me through the steps through the online portal while being very patient and kind. Great service provided quickly.
