I moved into an Anderson Company rental last December, and unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. The slimmer female staff member, in particular, has been unhelpful on multiple occasions. There’s a clear lack of care and concern for resident issues, and she seems visibly irritated when asked more than one question—almost as if there’s a “one-question limit.”

Beyond poor customer service, maintenance issues have also been a problem. I’ve submitted multiple requests, and each one has been dismissed or denied, even for basic upkeep and safety concerns. I’ve never rented from a company that refuses to provide something as simple as air filters or ignores necessary repairs.

When I attempted to discuss these concerns, I was met with the dismissive attitude of the office worker I previously mentioned. As someone with cognitive challenges, I sometimes need extra clarification, and the lack of patience I experienced made an already frustrating situation worse. A professional property management team should be accommodating and willing to assist tenants—not act inconvenienced by them.

And that’s the real shame here—the property itself is gorgeous. But no matter how nice a place looks, poor management and dismissive service make it hard to justify staying. If this is how Anderson Company operates, then it’s as backward as it seems. I really hope they improve their customer service, but as of now, I wouldn’t recommend renting from them. It’s unlikely I’ll be renewing my lease.

Love this company! They were very helpful when we moved in to town to try to find a house. We were on a budget but they helped us find the perfect house. They have a tough job. The attitude of some of the tenants and people that came in the office the several times we were there was awful. If they didn't like what they were told they threaten to call code enforcement or that the company was racist. All I can say is we had a great experience and still rent from them.

I love the professionalism, and kindness that the ladies have in the office. They work with you every step of the way, and try to help you out in any way possible. Iv never had any problems with the staff, or renting from them. Anytime I need something fixed they are out at my house to help! I’m so grateful to have good people as my renters, it’s a breath of fresh air finally having someone that is willing to be there for you as a renter.

My husband and I submitted an application about a home in Leesburg Georgia we call to check the status of the application we were told it took 5 to 7 business days for the application completely processed! While awaiting the completed process we decided to go ahead and secure a deposit while in the office a lady yells out and say someone got it yesterday honestly this is a racist company all nice properties are on hold for whites only they are very racist about who they rent to anything within the Lee County area they don't want to rent to blacks

By far the worst company in Albany! They make false claims on tenants just to make you pay extra for something that was never done. They go up on rent but the conditions of their properties are pure BS, And the people in the office do not care worth a damn about any of their tenants! Im a few months away from moving out of this crap hole!

This company is pure bs they were nice during the starting process but before I can even get my key I see why the ratings are the way they are but I’m a person who likes to get my own opinion. The deposit and rent was paid on the first had to be done by the second they saying oh they are so busy just do it tomorrow my mom’s stuff is in storage and she’s on disability. After this year is up she will be moving this company is pure bs! Never again

Pets are what you raise them to be just as kids!
No wonder yall have so many EMPTY properties!
My colored legal dollars and non aggressive police dogs will just have to keep looking

Problem is the LIE!
The VET office referred us to you cause the owner DOES ALLOW GS😳
So I think it’s a lil deeper than the breed now. Taco Bell dogs are more aggressive than most dogs I know!
