I highly recommend real estate agent Phyllis Lawson with American Realty Professionals Inc. My agent was very experience and knowledgeable. My agent listed my house and it went under contract in 21 days and my house sold in 39 days from the contract date. She guided me through the whole process from the beginning to the end. She's a problem-solver because we overcame issues that occurred. She added stipulations in the contract for my protection. Closing was a smooth and quick transaction. I appreciate you Phyllis for successfully selling my house so quickly. This was a very fast process. I' m extremely happy. Thank you.

We purchased a home where David and Betty Ann were listing agents. The listing was misleading, lots of facts about the home were falsely advertised (for example, the age of the roof was completely fabricated and the home's roof needed to be replaced within months of move-in). There were many more issues that the agents clearly knew about and did not disclose. These realtors have no sense of ethics. Would not recommend buying if you see these names as listing agents.

I DO NOT recommend working with dr. deborah glover . She told my husband that she did not want him to speak in Spanish, which is his first language…. How can you tell someone not to speak their own native language?!?

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cedric Rice on a transaction, where he worked as the buyers agent. It's so refreshing to work with an agent that is such a high communicator. He was kind, professional and honest. We faced some challenges during our contract and I admired how well he handled the situation. Cedric is an incredible buyer's agent and person. If I ever needed to refer a client to a fellow agent, he'd be at the time of my list! I would LOVE the opportunity to work with him again in the future 🙂
