DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Worst experience you will ever go through. It’ll all started with our toilet rocking from the floor being rotted underneath. It took 3 months for them to come out and even replace the flooring, it was so bad they had to put concrete. I was told they would be coming back to replace flooring the next day. Here we are MONTHS later and still NOTHING. Next, our heat went out in October, they just fixed that within this month because we had a really bad leak in the closet so they were forced to come out and they couldn’t fix the leak so they fixed my heat. Next, the leak, it’s coming from the sprinkler and so after a week of bothering the office they finally came out and “fixed” it (all they did was turn the fire sprinkler system off) which made the whole building a FIRE HAZARD. Then had someone come in and spray paint the ceiling where it’s sagging and has water damage to cover it up. Never replaced the ceiling. Three days after the power goes out and turns out they needed to replace the whole breaker unit. It took 4 DAYS for them to do that so i had to crash on a friends couch. Not to mention the $300 worth of groceries RUINED. We just got back into our unit and now the leak in the laundry room is pouring again, ruining more of my things. My entire apartment smells like mold. Oh! Then i see in my bathroom there’s mold coming out of my air vents. (Pic attached) . Not to mention the time i saw someone grab a gun out of the bushes and then walk into there apartment. This place is SKETCHY. Don’t bother calling the emergency maintenance line because they will not answer and put you on hold for over an hour. They have no sense of urgency at all. I’m not usually the type to do something like this but being nice gets you nowhere with these people. The ladies at the front office are extremely rude and will try and belittle you for complaining about issues that don’t get resolved in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for an actual decent apartment. Worst worst experience ever, I’m almost positive i have PTSD from this place.

Ive never left a review but I felt like anyone moving here should know what they’re getting into. DO NOT move here if you don’t know how to fix things on your own. Like everyone else has said your maintenance request will be ignored for MONTHS no matter the problem or how many times you call it’s like there’s no maintenance crew. They will act like they’ve completed something on the portal but haven’t at all. Those extra fees you pay “pest control” and “trash valet” are for nothing valet comes when they want and pest is never sprayed and routine maintenance is a big NO. If you don’t mind spending your own money to fix things and like roaches and stray cats move here! They moved me into an apartment with past roach issues that I had to pay and take matters into my own hands to fix because again no maintenance. The apartment had so many painted over issues. I’ve had an ongoing heating issue for MONTHS that hasn’t been resolved not one call yet they “care about your wellbeing”. I had to go buy a heater for me and my one year old to stay warm because they won’t come check the thermostat. They just collect your rent. I’m only giving one star because I have to and I have nice neighbors and the ONE time maintenance did come the guy was nice and fixed my garage disposal. But please go spend your hard earned money somewhere worth it where they’ll actually care about your well being and not just collecting your money especially if you have a child like I do. Corporate really does need to come to this location and see what they have going on! For this neighborhood to be so big there should be enough maintenance workers to get orders done within a couple weeks it’s like there’s NONE.

This complex has a FIRE WATCH on its front door from Cobb County fire martial because the whole apartment complex has the sprinkler system down "EXTREME caution should be used by anyone deciding to reenter and/or remain in this structure before the required life safety systems noted above are repaired and made operational" PLEASE don't ignore the other reviews about maintenance and other issues here! especially if you have children. I was willing to overlook slowish maintenance after what I'm currently dealing with but fire system being down is somewhat worse than a leaking toilet.

There is no urgency to fix anything, there’s been constant beeping for the last few days. Not only that but now they’ve put a huge storage locker right infront of the apartment building , leaving us with little parking space and random workers going in and out of it. This is very inconvenient and inconsiderate.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We arrived on our move in day and the unit was trashed and filthy. They had done work on it that morning and left drywall all over the floor, counters weren’t clean, door frames are rotting, dried puddles of water on the floor, ceiling above the shower was literally sagging, and this is to just name a few. My husband and I decided right then and there we absolutely could not move our children into that unit, we cancelled our lease immediately. Only positive thing about this place was the leasing agent was very understanding and processed our refund and cancelled our lease promptly. I could not believe they wanted $1600 a month for such a filthy apartment. Do not waste your time and look elsewhere.

Every time you go to the office it's a completely new team of people so there is no continuity. The new people will always tell you something different than that last group of employees did.
Their virtual assistant over the phone is absolutely pathetic. Literally the worst of any company I have ever dealt with.
No one ever answers the phone, but if you walk in the office there are people there. There are plenty other good places to live in the Kennesaw, Acworth, and Marietta area.

So glad I dodged that bullet moving here, chose to withdraw my application. Unfortunately i had already paid the fee before carefully researching about this place. After reading several of the reviews from previous tenants, it was already a no brainer. Leslie who works in the office is very rude and I'm not sure how she even works in customer service. The whole process from the start dealing with her was off, from her fast talking, passive aggressive attitude. I'm pretty sure this place would have been a nightmare. If you want to attract new tenants you should hire a more polite leasing agent. So thank Leslie for running me and my family off, after I had to tell her off.

I lived in this complex for 5 years and have nothing good to say about it. Rent prices were increased every year with no improvements made to justify it. Maintenance was basically nonexistent. Multiple flooding incidents, feral cats, disrespectful neighbors & crime made this place a horrific mess. When I moved out i was told I would receive my security deposit back, yet it was never returned. I opted to take the loss simply not to have to deal with this ‘community’ or the crooked company that owns it. I know people only sign agreements to live in apartments like this due to the low pricing but for the love of God please find another option. It may save you your sanity.
