A little slow in writing this, last summer I inquired about refinancing and Terry was greatly helpful. He maintained an excellent balance of responsive but not pushy. He provided honest information and guided us quickly through the process. Nick & Terry both proved to be very resourceful as closing time came right in the midst of a family vacation to Alaska. Notary's are not quickly found in some of the remote areas of the state but, never fear! Nick located one and we were done with everything quicker than we could finish our coffees at the local Starbucks. Thank you Terry! Always great to work with a fellow veteran!

Just when I had lost all hope of getting a refinance loan, Terry came to the rescue! I had never even heard of the type of loan before, but Terry walked me through it and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, consistently called me with status updates, got me to close 2 weeks earlier than expected, and even surprised me with a no prepayment penalty at closing (something that DSCR mortgages almost always have). I am very happy with Terry’s service and would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

I’m so glad I connected with Terry, at just the right time! He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable on market conditions, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions along the way.
