I like Terminex because they keep their communication easy. They call when they're on their way. Don't have to be home, text if they see any issues. Leave invoice at the door. Most of all they know when to come out. My service man William is really nice. Keep up the good customer service work. Thank you William.

Peter services my parents home and is always so wonderful . He makes sure they are taken care of with absolute care . Not only is he a great technician but a wonderful person . It's more then a job to him I know he truly cares about people and their homes . I wouldn't want anyone else servicing their home . He's a keeper !

Our Terminix professional is a huge asset to our family. He is always considerate, helpful and honest. We have a 4200 sq foot home, a pool, hot tub, so the service we get to maintain our home is paramount. Pete, has done a fabulous job for us. Thank you guys so much. WONDERFUL!!!

Terminix Monroeville is a class act . The pest control department is always spot on . My pest control tech Peter is always so professional and courteous . He does his job the best he knows how . My home is pest free because of him please don't ever change our technician . Shows up on time does his job and he is like a family member . Thank you for all you do !.

A nice guy showed up for my annual termite inspection , but he did so unannounced , which is not normal. He inspected my crawlspace with his cellphone light because he said his flashlight was not charged. He could not find one of my bait stations. So he said he would just put in a new one. This was after a brief search and because his sensor was also not charged or working. Turns out he put the new one in about three feet away from the old one which I found about two days later after it rained. All in all , not up to par with normal terminx service.

I am very satisfied with terminix. The person who had done my inspection was thrall, answered any questions I had. He did a great job treating my house as well. I haven't had any pest issues since they came out. I'd recommend Terminix to anyone.
