We feel so grateful to Teresa Fuller and her team for guiding us through the process of selling our much loved Altadena home. We had lived in our home for over 30 years and carefully upgraded and remodeled it to be just what we wanted. But as we aged, we realized it was time to move on and let another family enjoy our home and its land and gardens. We began the process of interviewing realtors to represent us and knew immediately on meeting Teresa and her team that she was the one to lead us on this journey. Teresa and her crew developed a plan to make our home appeal to buyers specifically looking for homes in Altadena. Her knowledge of the Altadena market and the kind of people who would be drawn to our home was really impressive. She developed a "story" for our home that would appeal to buyers and also fit with the way we saw it. To complete this “story” some changes were necessary, and her team helped make this happen. They mapped out the plan, chose colors and accessories (all minor) that would help tell the story. They arranged for the needed work with a crew of skillful and friendly tradesmen who helped us "polish" our gem of a house. Teresa and the team were patient with our struggle to pare down our years of accumulated possessions. They even had someone who could help my husband sort through his many collections and pare them down to a manageable level. During this time, they were always there to support us and be understanding of our underestimation of the time and energy it would take to get things ready. We never felt pushed or pressured. When it was done, the house looked spectacular and ready for the open houses. Teressa’s market plan brought us multiple offers and a selling price $600,000 over asking. The team took care of everything related to the selling process and the work for us was minimal. They were always there when we needed something. We were thrilled and ready for our next step thanks to Cori Cooperider, one of the team members who helped us find the condo which would be our next home. Their work as buyers agents matches their skills as selling agents. We are so grateful to the Teresa Fuller team and all they did for us.
