This property mgmt will destroy your property, lose long-term reliable tenants by being negligible with repairs...investigate their litigation records. These people should be in jail and all licenses revoked. beware and be aware.

They are just a slum management company
Allowed my neighbors to make me unavailable to work blasting music
All night till the morning keeping me up saying that the no eviction policy is in effect. After I told them not for health and safety violation lost 3 jobs and they still have there hand out so I said get it frlmth Gove or don't hire them don't associate your business with them Ive got issues in my apartment that they don't even fix. Slum just pure poor management company.

I honestly can't complain about where I live. The landlord is not on anyone's case here, but the reason why I give it 3 🌟🌟🌟 is because maintenance suck. I report repairs that need to be done and there have been plenty of times when the guy comes and doesn't complete the job, he says he'll be back to complete it and doesn't come back. They need to get someone who is more dedicated to their work. Another problem I have is that the cabinets in this building are old, outdated and deteriorating, they need to inspect and see what is needed to keep the building in good conditions.

I've submitted over and over emails and pictures of the conditions of my apartment and what needs to be repaired since November 2015 the year I moved in, and no repairs have been done. With the exception of a broken moldy pipe. I was told that thewindowsin my kitchen and the main door were installed incorrectly and still no repairs were made. The owner came into my home this past january to make "repairs" in my kitchen but left everything partly done. Now they are stating that they won't make repairs unless I move out so that they can add another unit and then he will make the necessary repairs.

Probably one of the worst management companies in the area. They will take your first rent check and say that's the deposit even though you already deposited the security deposit. They have been reported to the Federal Trade Commission and the US Department of Housing and Development. Do not rent from them. These people are very mean and will not help you in anyway or form. They are super mean and are out to get your money.

dont waste your time and money with these people their repairs and customer services is just terrible.They'll send crackheads and drunks to do their repairs.We had a guy come do a repair at our house with his tools being pushed in a old baby stroller smh "dont rent" run from these people!!!!!
