She knows the area inside and out and she knows how to price a property and to market it to maximize the selling price. In buying a condo, she knows what price to offer and then how to negotiate a really good final price. She takes care of everything that needs to be done in the escrow, so that the process is really simple and smooth for her clients. And besides all of that, she is as nice a person as you could ever hope to work with. I cannot recommend d her highly enough.
