Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend! We completed a sale of our rental home in Lake Havasu from another state. It was clear that Amy knew the market well and she gave us sound advice on the market trends, comps and pricing. She identified items to complete prior to listing the house to improve the value and helped us find the contractors to professionally complete the work (very helpful as a remote owner). She was very professional and respectful and efficient. I would not hesitate to refer her.

Thank you for helping us find exactly the home we desired! Coming from another state and not knowing anyone personally, we were blessed with Arlene Miller reaching out and lending us a guiding hand. She was able to find us the perfect RV resort for us to live in our motorhome, until we found a home to our liking. We expressed our desires and wishes and she coached us on where to find what we wanted. The scheduling for any showing was totally up to us and she made it work for her. Because we were buying in Bullhead City and wanted to be present to sign, and the signing was in Lake Havasu, she let the home office know we were at Lake Havasu for an event and were able to complete the signing without making another trip. If I were to buy or sell a home, I would definitely ask Arlene if she could help us again. Everything worked out just perfectly! A, what could be horrible and miserable experience, was fun and exciting!

The͏ Best Real Estate Agent
I had decided to move to Bullhead, so I asked a friend if he would recommend the agent that assisted him when he moved here. He told me to only use Arlene Miller. He was right!
I called Arlene, introduced myself and we had a discussion. During our talk she asked me a series of questions trying to establish my parameters. I have to admit she listened. A few days later we met up and she had a list of homes for me to view. The last home of the day was it. She found the perfect home for me.
Once we entered contract, Arlene kept me informed and updated. I could not make the final inspection, so she face timed me and walked through the house showing the work that had been completed. She even went to city hall and found permits for a couple of add ons to my house.
I highly recommend Arlene if you are looking to buy a house. You will not be disappointed. (FYI, I am not a relative nor was I paid for this review)
