Zack and Judy with Homestar Loans are absolutely the best mortgage lenders anyone can ask for in the Savannah area! We had a very difficult FHA loan package and kept getting hit with obstacle after obstacle(at no fault of the lenders) and there were no issues they could not help resolve! They went above and beyond in terms of guidance and resources, which is of great value to first time home buyers. Judy and Zack truly care about their clients and it reflects in their endless patience and powerful work ethic. Think you can't get a loan? Zach and his team are amazing!
When I met Zach I had already been through a year and a half long application process with another lender. This was my first purchase so I didn’t know at the time that wasn’t normal. So when Zach reached out to me I was tired and ready to take a break on buying a house. I’m so happy I listened to what Zach had to say in that first call. By the end of that call I knew Zach would deliver, and he did big time! The process was easy and he was always available to answer questions and I had a lot. Once we found a home to purchase with the diligence of his team we closed in less than 30 days. From what I’ve heard from almost everyone I know who’s bought a house, that just doesn’t happen. We are loving our new home and we can’t thank you and your team enough.
