Clean "Mostly" friendly staff. Easy sales program with "low down payments" combined with reasonable Monthly payment options. So far my experience with T-Berry's Mobile Home Sales and Mr. Thornbury have been a pleasant one.

At first they was all nice because they wanted to make a sale. We went in looked a a 3 bedroom 2bathroom single wide they was still re-modling it when we looked at it. And as soon as we gave the down payment they stopped working on it. They brought it out with missing floor vents no bedroom doors or bathroom doors. Cracked windows that leak a rotting wall soft spots in the floor. It was leveled put on blocks and you can tell it's not leaval. It's taken them months to get our doors and replace the windows. And now my window pains and walls are molding and rotting. And we were told today that all they are go to do to it. So Don't buy from them they Suck!!!!!

Bait and switch...the facebook page has all these super cheap deals but when you get there everything is 10X more expensive and in aweful condition. We were not impressed.
