My husband and I went to Tasca Mazda in Cranston to view the inventory, within 24 hours we drove off their lot with a brand new 2025 CX-90. Julian M., our sales representative was outstanding, the manager was phenomenal and April in finance was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The three of them made this process so smooth and easy. For the first time (Thank God!), it didn’t feel like we were dealing with sales people. They listened to our need and were able to accommodate us based on not only our need, but also our budget. What a team!! God bless them all! I’m grateful for them and definitely recommend anyone there.

They love Lindt chocolate truffles and everyone was so kind. They voted me most handsome old guy. I have to admit I did just shower before I stopped in to drop my truck off for service. My 2015 Ford F150 has 319, 000 miles on it and still looks new. Tows my boat like a dream and what makes my boat and truck look good is me driving my Ford F150 super Crew...! Thank you Ford...!

I recently had an oil change done at Tasca Automotive, and I had the pleasure of working with Paul Hudson. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Paul was friendly, efficient, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. His communication was consistent and concise, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening and when to expect the service to be completed.

Not only did Paul get the oil change done quickly, but he also made sure to check on a few other aspects of my car, ensuring everything was in good condition. His attention to detail and excellent communication really stood out to me. I felt confident in the quality of service I received, and I appreciate how Paul made the entire experience so smooth.

Regarding my appointment March 20th I made the appointment for service for my CX50 two weeks out because that was the first available to get a loaner car. Upon arrival I was told there was no loaner and in fact they no longer offer them. I have appointments all over the state and need a vehicle. I rescheduled my first appointment and was able to get to my 11:00 so that was fine.
After I was on the road, I realized my prescription sunglasses were missing from the compartment over the rear view mirror. I called to speak with Alex and got his voicemail. After 6 days I still had not heard from him so I called him on the 26th, he told me I should have read the fine print in my service contract and should not have left expensive items in the car.
First off I did not get a service contract to review, and secondly my family have been loyal customers since the 70's and have never had a problem
Alex told me he would have his manager get in touch with me, 6 days later, with no reply I called on Monday the 31st and left a message for him asking if he had any information, 4 days later he still has not reached out
Called Thursday 3rd was told Alex was not in and left a message for his manager.
Friday still no response, left another message for Alex
Friday EOD I *67 called and asked for Alex and he picked up, we had a long conversation, I expressed my displeasure over no response after more than two weeks. I also mentioned that I had been holding off sending in the survey awaiting resolution, he basically said that if I were to write a bad review then I would definitely never get any consideration. I asked if these calls were recorded and he said yes so I once again asked him if he really meant I would not be helped at all if I sent a bad review, he backtracked a bit. We left it with someone would be in touch with me Monday, but no one ever called

The best service I have received, I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I’ve brought my car to multiple dealerships for routine maintenance and warranty repairs but Tasca Cranston blows the others out of the water. Constant communication from the service representative, easily received a loaner vehicle, added on services which they completed at a very high level of care, and I picked up my vehicle impeccably detailed. Tim was great and I will be using Tasca for all my future service needs. Thanks again!!

Amazing place staff extremely nice. General manager came out to talk to me as if I was someone he’s known his whole life. It was able to answer every question. I asked so that I would not be confused over the car buying experience.will definitely come back here
