Recently I bought and sold 3 houses within 4 months with Ari at Tanasio Realty Advisors. I had never sold a house before and I didn't know what to expect. Ari immediately put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with her. It was important to me that I found a broker I felt comfortable with, and I had spoken to a few before I met Ari. I was impressed with her vast knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. She never seemed to tire of my endless questions and she gave me her honest opinion and advice when I asked her. I really enjoyed the process of buying and selling homes with Ari & Paul and I felt part of a team. What an incredible experience! Buying a first home can be stressful, but working with Ari we had so much fun! Always a lot of laughs, great guidance, and at the end we got the home of our dreams. We had so many questions, and Ari was so patient and understanding, explaining every part of the process to us. Her recommendations were also really helpful—she guided us through this whirlwind time. She was quick to respond to our messages, always professional, and took the time to listen to our nervous ramblings. When we wanted to see a home, she was on top of it, making sure we always got the chance to check it out. Wouldn’t have wanted to go through this process without her! Just an amazing experience working with Ari. Also, because of Ari, we got to work with Tanasio Law, and signing our closing documents Laura was a breeze and a blast! This is our second time using Tanasio Realty. I first found Ari back in 2015 when we purchased our first home. This past month, she helped us sell that home and purchase a new one. Buying a home can be stressful but Ari and team were always there to guide us. She showed us dozens of home all while being patient with our long list of must haves that kept changing. Whenever I was frustrated, she would tell me that we would find the right home and to trust the process. She was right!. This was a tough transaction but she was able to mitigate hiccups from sellers to us. In the end we got our forever home. Ari is kind, patient, sweet but will always fight for her clients. She has the best team who all helped make this happen for us and we could not be more thankful. I am happy to say over the years Ari is not just my realtor.. she is my friend. :O)
