Tan's UNIQUE personality is unmatched! She's bubbly and polite...
I like to wait for the service to be complete before rating any service. I read the reviews and I thought... you can go with her! After thinking lets not go with her. I thought this because was emailed her info from the mortgage company. I knew the home here for 200k were slim so I knew the two homes I wanted to look at. After requesting to viewing via the app as suggested. On July 6th I requested the viewing and on July 11, I received an email. I received emails daily after my phone number was corrected (not the agent's error). The messages were very detailed and unique. The problem is the emails tells you what not to do after you've done it... lol! However, some things a simple fix for Tan and her team. I AM A WORRIER and need to know AHEAD for my own sanity! I have felt like the communication has been so generic and the process has been stressful. Tan said ask and she will answer, what if you're not sure of what to ask. I was completely ignorant about the home buying process. Clarissa, is a complete ROCK STAR! She took the time to explain things and answer questions that my mom knew to ask. Although, I'm not as satisfied as I'd like to be doesn't meant someone else's experience will not be better!
