I started working with a ‘team’ that came highly recommended, but when they heard the house might need some repairs before a sign could go up, they provided a list of contractors; (virtually all of them turned out to be unavailable). I switched to Jesse & Kaylin and was impressed with their enthusiasm, ‘can do’ approach and professionalism. The resources at their disposal were top notch, arrived in hours not weeks and resolved a host of issues stemming from the epoch snowstorm of ‘22-23. Marketing and follow through was outstanding; from photography, property description, web listing to flyers and broker tours each step was handled flawlessly and efficiently. Their knowledge and experience with the local market was obvious in the milestone updates in the sales cycle. As the ‘time on market’ extended in an off-season-rising interest rate environment, there was never any pressure to reduce price. Supporting data was provided and suggestions made but the decisions left to the client. When offers arrived they provided analysis, insights, and recommendations. Their experience, grit and negotiating skills representing the client were most notable in the closing of the sale. Even the choice of the title company was a pleasant experience; all working seamlessly together. After four real estate transactions the last 5 years this was by far the most pleasant experience with some of the largest obstacles.
