Great houses to stay at for your vacation! Me, my girlfriend, and her son went there for the Superbowl and had a great time. The place we stayed at had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, a washer and dryer, pool table, a real fireplace, big flat screen TV in the living room and each bedroom. Plenty of couches, full big kitchen, and a big backyard with a gas grill and hot tub. Couldn't ask for anything more it's definitely worth the price. We'll definitely be back!!

I’m not a picky customer nor do I believe in leaving bad reviews for minor things people can’t control. One thing this company could control, is giving people a break when unforeseen events occur. The Tahoe venue canceled my sisters wedding due to the fires and moved it to august 2022 a week and half before the original wedding date. We attempted to get a refund. No. We attempted to move the dates to when we would actually be there. No. Multiple people from our group 10 called and asked for any options that basically didn’t bend us over backwards for a natural disaster we didn’t see coming. But because the fire eased up and quote “skies are clear now and the air quality is great” this company refused. Unreal and disheartening.

The Douglas County vacation rental market is not easy for property owners to navigate without professional management assistance. After working with two different local management companies that produced little to no rental activity, we found Tahoe Management Services to be both professional and productive in attracting renters, accommodating our guests and providing quality service to both long term and short term visitors. It is unfortunate that a small minority of travelers will sometimes "weaponize" negative reviews that don't fairly or fully reflect good faith business operations.

The staff went out of their way after hours to come to our unit and help us!! Owner came out to meet me when we checked out!! Office staff were so nice!! I left my wedding sunflowers with them! Thank you all for making our stay in South Lake Tahoe great! We got married and the rise the Buke the West Ride on Sunday! I would highly recommend this group!!!!

⚠️⚠️⚠️BEWARE of this company!!!! ⚠️⚠️

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Was attending a wedding in Lake Tahoe and we were forced to reschedule our stay due to the wildfires fires in the area, but they refused to even consider doing anything to help us. Do not waste your time or money with this company who does not care about their customers or their situations. God forbid Mother Nature has plans during your stay. The MANAGEMENT will be too “busy travelling” to even talk to you on the phone.

Due to unhealthy air quality from the Caldor fires and my asthma, I attempted to rebook dates for my stay and come up with a solution with this management company. The woman who assisted me was rude and demeaning. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she said “he is too busy traveling to speak with you” This company doesn’t employ good people and I will avoid them anytime I visit the Lake Tahoe area. Take caution when booking, or book with a hotel that cares about how guests are treated!

Completely disappointed with the customer service this “business” provided us with. I will be returning to the Lake Tahoe area, but will prefer a hotel stay. They actually care about the guest experience. I can’t say the same for this company.

These people have ran vacation rentals in the area for decades. We have visited the same house a few times over the last 10 years. Always very professional and always very respectful. I would recommend their properties to anyone. There are some properties that they manage that accept pets.
