Not only was Johnnie so friendly but he speaks with true professionalism and was so knowledgeable. He has answered all our questions, both in office and over the phone and even went over our applications with us before officially accepting them. My family and I are incredibly happy that we had luckily crossed paths with Synergy Property Management in our search for our move from an apartment to our first time renting a house this time last year. They made everything so easy during the whole process as new tenants, worked with us on any concerns or questions we had prior to move in and during the showing of the house. They also work fast, we didn’t have to nervously wait around for them to call us, we were approved the same day we did the application.

As one year tenants, they have continued to be here for us should any problem come up. We’ve had several maintenance requests since we moved in, very minor, just natural problems that happen over time. Every time we request, they’ve responded and acknowledged they’re aware of the problem that same day, if not the next day, and will be sending someone out ASAP which is usually a day or two at most. The maintenance people are courteous, work fast, and get the job done right without any call backs needed. Everyone at the office is genuine and friendly whenever my husband goes to pay the rent. As a whole, the workers for this management company are very caring, productive, and professional.

A special thanks to Gill who was the one that showed us the house and walked us through the application process. He looks intimidating, but is such a nice guy and very helpful. He was trained very well and is a wonderful asset to this company. Synergy has been very good to us and I couldn't see another property management that would treat us better than we have with them. A huge thank you to all the employees at Synergy, you are all doing outstanding jobs.

As a Lanlord that received services with Synergy Property Management, I can tell you that I will NOT Recommend this to no one.

My property was and has been vacant for over 2 months they delay in responding to calls or emails, which to me was poor communication. They do NOT respond to phone calls and at times emails. Every time that there was a staff change, I was never communicated. I was very upfront with them that I cannot leave them a good review after all the mess that been through. Never the less, they sold the business over to new entity and no Lanlord was ever inform by them until the new owners of the business call giving an update 😡

I truly appreciate Synergy Property Managements team. Each maintenance request was responded to immediately and fixed in great timing. Lucky is a great worker ,who fixed our heater.
Sunny is amazing at returning calls and keeping on top of any property issues. I've had some ok property managers and a few not so great. Synergy Property Management is where the standards should be set, for both owners and tenants. Thanks again!!☺

I could not be happier with Sunny and Synergy. Sunny walked me through the process of buying my first rental including all of the numerous questions I had about the process as a new investor. He took the time to explain how his company works and drove me all around Bakersfield on a couple of occasions filling me in on the characteristics of the different areas. Since I have rented out my property Synergy has been able to find me tenants quickly and are prompt about letting me know about any maintenance issues and can get them fixed quickly.
