HORRIBLE! Apartments have mold and the office does NOT care! Sent 3 men out to fix the leaking AC unit and when asked if they were coming to look at the carpet in my daughter's room they said no they were only sent for the AC! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!!!!

Haven’t fixed my boyfriend’s refrigerator, I have been calling for 3 weeks now almost. Also took a week and a half for them to come fix lights. Didn’t even have the hot water turned on until almost 2 months of living here. He works all the time, so he doesn’t have time to do it himself (which he should not have to do) since he rents.

Saw a property on Trulia. I’m active duty and out of town. Called and spoke with Tanner. Who I must say was not very accommodating. I asked if my son, who is on the area, could come by and view a property. Tanner stated that he couldn’t unless an application was completed. He then went on to say that I could swing by and see , from the outside, which property I would like to apply to. Please note, I had already told Tanner that I was out of state. I’ve never been treated this way and as a service member who moves a lot, I’ve never been told to fill an application out for a house I’ve not seen. Note: the website has 8 pictures of this house and none are of the bedrooms . Just the outside and kitchen areas.

I've rented from Swoop for years and never had any problems. If I've ever had any problems in my apt I just call in and let them know and they get it fixed as soon as they can. The office Ladies have always been the best!

Horrible. They manage a rental across the street from me. Grass is knee high, loud music, beer bottles thrown out the front door. Carport full of trash.
Swoopes responce...." What do you want me to do about it "?

I am a nearby resident of the apartment complex on Brooks Road. It is such a shame that there is no pride in the upkeep of that complex . The grounds are absolutely horrible. Home owners in this area are very unhappy with the way it devalues our properties. We work hard for our homes and if there is no improvement we will contact our supervisor with a petition against your property. We remain hopeful that improvements will be made.
