Called for more information about their homeownership program and what’s available. The receptionist was rude and nasty. Wouldn’t answer any of my questions or point me in the direction of someone who could. Other organizations are much kinder. Way to follow the mission statement and help the community.

SWAP director Carla DeStefano told us their office would refund for necessary repairs in the amount of $175.00 back in July, 2017. We still haven't received the payment promised along with their requested waiver of liability. I would highly recommend people look elsewhere other than SWAP.

Receptionists are very unwilling to help. Always in a bad mood and in a rush to get you off of the phone. SWAP doesn't care at all about your situation and shows no sympathy. They claim to want to help the community but you are better off finding an apartment on your own because they would rather not be bothered.
