Ms. Lorie is one of the best people and managers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. This is a great community in which to live. Maintenance (Terry) is on point. Never a worry there. Rainbow City is much nicer than the surrounding area as well. If you are looking for a central place that is safe, you can’t do better. Adding pics of the view from my kitchen.

My family and I have been living at Sutton bridge for 4 years & we love it here. The community is safe for our kids to run freely and play, and also there is a pool. lorie the property manager and terry the maintenance supervisor are the best. Anytime I need them they’re always so welcoming. Sutton bridge is a win for our family

My husband ,my self and our two year old daughter have lived at Sutton bridge apartments for going on 3 years now. This has became home for us. Not only are the neighbors very nice and everyone gets alone but the office manager and maintenance men are awesome! There has never been one time that I have needed something from either one of them and not get the help! When we need anything due to maintance,we get service that same day or when ever we prefer maintance to come when we're at home. I can honestly say that Lori(office manager) and Terry( maintenance) have became friends as well. We very much enjoy living here. It's peaceful and stays well maintained. We could not ask for a better place to rent from and make a home for ourselves. It's a great family oriented place to live.

It’s been so nice living here, the little community we have is so quaint! Mrs. Lori is an amazing property manager. With all her sassy southern charm she’s so quick to respond when I reach out with concerns and most of the time it’s resolved by the next day! Our maintenance man Mr. Terry has always been willing to help with anything we needed big or small, and usually has a treat for our kiddos! As apartments go I’m glad we chose this one!!

We love living at Sutton Bridge and have been pleased by the excellent staff they have here! Everyone is so kind, Miss Lorie and Mr Terry are always quick to assist and I love how assuring they are when it comes to the safety of this community that’s a huge deal for this mama. By far our best experience of living in an apartment and bonus to all of the things to do surrounding this area!! 🙂 10/10 recommend!

I have lived in Sutton Bridge Apartments for almost 3 years. It's clean, quiet, and the staff is amazing. The Manager, Lori is very helpful, caring, and she responds to every question or concern I have ever asked within the hour. She really is amazing! ❤️

I am a newer resident of this community but it is the best I’ve lived in! Definitely safe for families and not a loud party complex. Mrs. Lorrie is awesome as well and will help you anytime you need it and answered my many questions during the moving process. I can’t recommend enough!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!! Seriously!! It’s 10/10! Miss Lorie is so sweet, kind, caring, and hilarious! Mr. Terry the maintenance guy is always available to help when needed! The neighbors are kind too! It’s such a wonderful neighborhood! And seconds from everything in town! Why are you still reading this when you should be contacting Miss Lorie to get moved in!! ❤️
