We leased one of the business units offered by Surf Management for about 6 years.

The rent was reasonable, increases fair, and management was extremely professional, helpful, responsive and made leasing there a breeze.

Having leased commercial property in Redondo and Torrance since 2001, I can honestly say this is one of the better management companies we've dealt with.

Nice facility, the management is flaky. I wanted to transfer lockers. I was told I couldn't do it, I had to check out and reapply for the new locker, vacate my old one and move into the new one on the first.

The guy in the office told me I should be grateful for the favor he did by letting me transfer in the middle of the month. Wait, you refused to let me do that, why should I be grateful?

They have an attitude, and not a good one. But, the facility is nice.

Very Bad Business & Unprofessional. I submitted my application to not hear back from them after I followed up multiple times about my application status. Called back for the third time for Kelly to tell me that they already lease the space to someone else being that I waited 2 weeks communicating back and forth with her. So inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Beware, this company will take advance of you once you move in. They seem friendly to have you move in, promise you things to keep you luring in. Once they have you, they are obnoxious , unprofessional bully's.
