Eric was fantastic! We had to sell my father-in-law's house in a senior gated community. We live four hours away and had never sold property before, so were anxious about how challenging it would be. He explained everything to us clearly, answered all out questions, was empathetic to our family's situation, and we felt very comfortable hiring him. That comfort quickly turned into relief, then to joy as he made the process smooth and easy. He told me he would be my "hands in Redding" and we wouldn't have to make the drive to handle getting the house ready and he sure followed through on that! My husband and I were first time home buyers this year. We had so many things on our list of requirements, things we thought we had to have.
